  20. This is the second of the AMIGA CHATLINE ORGANIZATION's information packages
  21. to create "common sense" standards for chatlines. There is an explosion of
  22. new chat servers coming online. The days of being boxed in to 3 main chat
  23. networks has ended; But, AMIGA owners are completely unaware of this
  24. current "explosion" of chat networks. Here's a start to enter the New Age
  25. of Internet-Chatline communication. Please give serious thought to founding
  26. channels that promote learning and the Amiga. This "party" channels ONLY
  27. mentality is NOT one that We adhere to ! You may post ANY part of this
  28. archive on web pages;except for Chatlines-AmIRC, used by written permission
